Ordered an air cooler for extreme hot weather, paid extra for next day delivery (by Evri) to be delivered on or before 18th July. Have poorly child with croup and high temp in the hot weather.
Cooler was delivered 20th July - first day of cooler weather ( in north).
Considered refusing parcel but would no doubt only get wowcher credits.
Still no reply from wowcher. Should refund excess postage and not in wowcher credits.

Be careful of delivery times.
I have been waiting for weeks for a delivery, which I expected to arrive within a few days, just got a message that it will be another week.

I have had the worst experience with Wowcher. They have a terrible customer service help line, I was waiting for over 24 hours on WhatsApp for a response from them on two occasions and when someone finally messaged and I replied they never messaged back. I ordered something from them 2 weeks ago and the order still has not been sent to the delivery company! At checkout, they took £4.99 without any explanation as to what this amount is used for, and then they took another £4.99 for delivery charges, I paid £4.99 to become a VIP without my discretion! I am very disappointed with the whole service, I will make sure non of my colleagues, family and friends use this horrible service! Never again! I want something to be done about this as urgently as possible, I will make sure no one has to go through what I went through ever again.

COMPLETE SCAMMERS! Wondering why all the positive reviews here are those Wowcher invited?

Ordered a £650 table with 8 chairs in march or so. Wowcher sent me my order, but missed out the glass. Instead, they sent an additional table, with no glass. 4 months on not sorted, have no glass, no table for the family in summer, summer nearly over.

TERRIBLE communication, completely ignored for weeks. In order to send the glass, they wanted a process of receiving the 2nd table back before they would send out the glass which I would have had to take 2 days off work for rather than sending this out and collecting the table. I asked for a full refund instead, they agreed then went silent for a month ignoring over 10 email chasers.

Came here, realised I was in the same boat as many others. Thought I would be covered by my credit card online purchase protection, seems not as I apparently purchased a voucher.

Wowcher hid behind the fact and said I had to contact the vendor, which in the end turned out to be them, they sent the table and chairs, I have this in writing. SO they lie too.

Sent this back to the credit card company who said the order and voucher form 2 separate contracts hence they could do nothing.

So £650 out of pocket, no table to use, a credit card firm who I am about to open a complaint against, and Wowcher who I know if they ever take the goods back probably will never refund me from what I am reading of other reviews here.

This company is absolutely disgusting, I would be ashamed to be associated with the firm in any way.

Every positive review here is one where Wowcher are inviting people, because they have to, to balance out the true reviewers like myself.

Next step for me will be small claims court unfortunately, and I am just in the process of compiling my emails to share with the regional london papers to get this company the visibility they deserve.

Purchased a Wowcher for nine mixed craft beers with beer glass and snacks from Honest Brew. After a week I still hadn’t received delivery or even an order confirmation. I went to the honest brew website to find a noticing stating the company had gone into administration and weren’t accepting order. The notice however was dated 3 days before Wowcher listed the items for sale meaning no orders were ever going to be despatched. I then spent around 3 weeks trying to contact Wowcher via Facebook, Twitter, Phone with no response. The only means of contact is via WhatsApp which is just an automated bot. They refused to refund me the money and the only option they will offer is Wowcher credit which I had to reluctantly accept. Will not use again.

wowcher is so easy to use, you can purchase almost anything. I have used Wowcher loads of times now and been pleased with the products and the delivery.

Spend spend spend couldn't sleep so looked over the site yet again and added things to basket and have a wish list as long as my arm.
Bought table and chairs with a brolly and will be travelling to Malta once delivery's made.
Bring it on !!!!

What a crock of s!!t never buying of here again so confusing no one to speak to or customer service no one replied on what’s app sort it out! Quick enough to take the money but not happy to help!!

Very poor communication between Wowcher and the holiday company involved in my purchase,pcttravel avoid at all costs scammed me out of £370 definitely won’t use Wowcher again

This company is disgraceful. They are refusing to give me a £20 refund. Even though the voucher doesn't expiry until 21st July 2022 and the merchant is saying they no longer work with wowcher so refuse to accept my voucher. Wowcher apparently knows that this merchant is also no longer using their services but still sold me the voucher.
The support member (I could only get them on what's app) purposely ended our chat just to avoid helping me too.
